Position Summary:
The Senior Finish Engineer will provide the technical expertise and leadership to drive Continuous Improvement in the plant finishing operation

Accountabilities:

• Execute projects that target improvement to key finish metrics.
  
• Establish, document, and implement standard procedures based on empirical results.
  
• Conduct routine audits to ensure conformance to documented best practices and standard operating procedures.
  
• Approve all finish and wood prep process changes and provide data-driven rationale for all changes.
  
• Network with finish specialists throughout MBCI.
  
• Assist in developing preventive maintenance procedures and schedules on finishing equipment.
  
• Provide technical training to manufacturing leadership and associates.
